We inspect your carpets to give you the best result

Commercial vacuuming all the dry soil is an important part because you don't want it to turn into mud when we add water

We only use high quality but low level pH pre-sprays to clean your carpets to protect you and your family (including your four legged family members)

The CRB is a machine that uses 2 brush rollers that turn counter clockwise to agitate the pre-spray into the carpet and at the same time lift the carpet fibers and removing more detached soil 

spot cleaning is done when there is specific things in the carpet that need more attention like wine, gum, wax, pen stain, rust and more

Hot water extraction or steam cleaning is where we use hot water combined with high pressure to flush out all the remaining dirt and at the same time drying your carpets

We use safe but effective rinse solutions to make sure your carpets stay at a safe pH level and leaves them soft

Lastly, we groom your carpets to raise the fibers (it also helps dry them faster)
